THE SHREDDER HERE ARE NOT PLACED BASED ON ORDER, CAUSE IT SO HARD TO DETERMINE WHICH ONE IS THE FASTEST! ROCK N ROLL!
Michael
Angelo Batio
Michael started playing piano and composing at age
5 and started playing guitar at age 10. Michael has performed over 1100 shows
in 31 different countries since 1993. He has tours the world performing guitar
workshops, touring with various bands and as a solo artist. You must be crazy
if you think he is a slow guitar player, it probably took 30 years
to develop Batio technique to reach perfection.
CHRIS
IMPELLITTERI
For most of young guitarist, you probably never
heard this name, but Chris Impellitteri is one of the most unique, intense, and
dynamic guitarists in heavy rock today. His influences range from Al Dimeola to
Uli John Roth to Edward Van Halen. Chris has been releasing some of the best
progressive, neo-classical guitar work around since the mid-'80's, inspiring
countless musicians.
PAUL
GILBERT
Vocalist, badass guitarist and a very great
teacher, Paul Gilbert has sold over three million records in the United States
stemming from his brilliant work with Racer X, Mr. Big and as a solo artist.
Long known as one of the top shredders in the business, Gilbert sometimes
returns to his blues rock roots as on his Raw Blues Power album. He is well
known for his lightning speed alternate picking, string skipping and lots of
fuckin hard guitar technique. Some people thought that his long pinky finger is
the reason for his fast playing, hmmm well his playing are just impossible for
normal people hahaha.
YNGWIE MALMSTEEN
When he was young and always young, Yngwie didn't
want much to do with music. Music was soft, a thing for wimps, and Yngwie was
into all things destructive. An unruly child, Yngwie took delight in anything
that went against the grain. But, one night while watching television,
7-year-old Yngwie saw a television special about guitar maestro Jimi Hendrix,
and it was all over. Jimi's death had spurred the birth of a new guitar hero:
Yngwie J. Malmsteen. Fast and neoclassical playing, thats how his playing stay
for the last 20 years.
Jason
Becker
American neo-classical metal guitarist and composer.
He released Speed Metal
Symphony in 1987 and Go Off! in 1988,
the album has changed the world of shredding for ever, his blowing guitar
technique at a very young age become the most discussed topic in the world of
shredding at that time. Cacophony(his band with Marty Friedman) broke up in
1989 and Becker began doing solo work, having released his first album Perpetual Burn in
1988. He later joined David Lee Roth's
band and recorded one album with
him. However, Becker's success was hampered by his then-diagnosed amyotrophic
lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and he was given three
to five years to live. In 1996, Becker eventually lost the ability to speak and
now communicates with his eyes via a system developed by his father. Despite
his disability, he continues composing by
using a computer and has since released Collection, a "best
of" album of his favorite songs and three new songs.
